That’s Wild
- We might be in for a lengthy back-and-forth. The Minnesota Wild and Marco Rossi are reportedly still far apart in contract talks, with both parties having wildly different approaches. Rossi seems to value himself highly and wants security, while the Wild still don’t see him as a sure thing, or are trying to get a bargain contract out of this. [Yahoo Sports]
- Justin Kipkie has now been drafted by two different NHL teams at just 19 years old, but the Wild’s 2025 fifth-round pick seems to be a good bet to turn around quickly. The blueliner is heading to Arizona State this fall. [Hockey Wilderness]
